The Challenge of Letting Go
There will be times in your life and career, a challenge will come your way and you must decide. Do you trust your gut instincts? Or do you turn and walk away? You know the feeling. The one that makes those butterflies float in your stomach and you say let’s do it!
Many of us have reached that moment when we trust everything to someone or something that makes us fearful, and in the end it turns out to be the best decision we ever made.
Is this the time when you need to take your business in a different direction and try something new? I’m not asking you to take the plunge on a project without a well thought out plan. It’s time to push the envelope and ask hard questions of ourselves and those around us. Is this [product, service] good enough? Can we do better?
Business is like that. The excitement of that first sale, better yet, the excitement of the second and third sale. Placing the shingle on the door saying we’re open. The “juice”, the “mojo” we had when we first started.
When was the last time you did something that gave you that feeling? That twinge of panic and excitement. Isn’t it time we had that feeling once again?
Are you ready to take the challenge and let go of those fears? What are you waiting for?
